Registration

 

All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard.

On-line payments are guaranteed through 3D secured site. Make sure your card is 3D secure compatible.

If you are unable to complete registration with card you have the possibility to get an invoice, to get an invoice you need to contact us at info@komum.is  See invoice payment policy in tab below

Neither the organizing committee nor komum conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation made before August 5th will be charged a service fee of ISK 7.000.

Cancellation made after August 5th we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made. Cancellation is not confirmed until you get e-mail confirming the cancellation. 

• • The service fee for all changes is ISK 4.500
  • Cost for name change ISK 5.000

Invoice is due 14 days after it has been issued
Billing address cannot be changes after it has been submitted.

All bank transfers must be free of all bank cost.

Additional charge of total ISK 3.000 is added to the invoice ( administration cost).
